Skinsol Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you wish to return the product within the 7-day cooling off period, please abide by the terms stated below for Returning a Purchase. We do not accept refunds after this period. 

Any item that’s seals are broken, or any cartridge that has been used on someone’s face, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchange or return of physical damaged product can only be claimed if unboxing video was made as a proof.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please make sure the items are well packaged and protected – we would recommend bubble wrap and either boxes or jiffy type mailing envelope. We would suggest that all items are sent by trackable courier service providers. Regrettably we cannot be responsible for Returns that do not reach us. If the package is lost or stolen you are responsible for claiming compensation from the shipping provider.
